These terms govern your use of Any Audio Guide (Column). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Any Audio Guide provides an AI-assisted travel guide: you plan tours, follow stops with location-aware narration, ask questions, and optionally share a live broadcast with people you invite. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old. One individual, company, or other entity may hold only one free account. Creating or using additional free accounts (including via other email addresses or devices) to multiply free allowances, evade limits, or otherwise abuse the service is not allowed; we may suspend or delete the extra accounts and any account used to create them. By creating an account you also accept our use of Firebase Analytics in the app as described in the Privacy Policy. Crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics) may run for all installs to keep the app stable, including before registration; while you are signed in we may attach an opaque internal account id to crash reports (not your email) — also described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or use the app. We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or create risk for other users.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to harass others, break the law, scrape or reverse-engineer the service beyond what the law allows, overload our systems, or attempt to access another person's account. Do not rely on the guide as a sole source of safety, navigation, or medical advice — verify critical facts yourself.
AI-generated content
Narration and answers are generated with AI and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Treat the guide as a companion, not an authority. You remain responsible for how you travel and what you share in broadcasts.
Location and permissions
Some features need location, microphone, or notification permission. You can revoke permissions in your device settings; related features may stop working. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans, if offered, are billed through Google Play or the App Store under their terms. Refunds follow the store's rules. We do not store your card details. A hidden fair-use buffer may apply to AI usage and is not shown in the app.
Your content
You keep ownership of notes, photos, and other material you add to tours. You grant us a licence to store and process that content only to provide the service. Do not upload content you do not have rights to share.
Intellectual property
The app, branding, and our software remain our property. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works of the service except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Offline features depend on what you downloaded before you lost connectivity. Map tiles and fresh AI answers need a network connection.
Termination
You may delete your account in the app. We may end access if you breach these terms. After deletion, recovery and erasure follow the timelines in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on guide content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live. Disputes may be brought before the courts of Berlin, Germany, unless mandatory law gives you another forum.
